Thank you for shopping with The Card Nation. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final on Trading Cards

Due to the nature of collectible products, all sales on trading cards, graded cards, singles, sealed products, and Funko items are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has shipped.

ALL APPROVED ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

This fee covers payment processing, inventory handling, and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Merchandise Returns (Apparel)

Apparel items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Trading cards (singles, graded, or sealed)

  • Funko products

  • Shipping charges

  • Orders returned without approval

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
