Thank you for shopping with The Card Nation. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and proper packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product drops, or promotional events.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Pre-Orders
Items listed as Pre-Order are products that have not yet been released or are awaiting arrival from the distributor.

Pre-orders will ship once the product is officially released and received by The Card Nation.

Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.

If a release date changes or product allocation is reduced by the distributor, shipping timelines may be affected.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available. Customers who want in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.

Pre-orders cannot be guaranteed to ship before or on release day due to distributor delivery schedules and processing times.
Shipping Destinations
The Card Nation currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods may impact transit times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Packaging and Item Protection
All orders are packed with care to protect collectible value.

Singles and graded cards are shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, or slab protection.

Sealed products such as booster boxes and ETBs are packaged to minimize movement and damage.

Apparel and merchandise are packed to prevent creasing or print damage.
Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be provided once the order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Card Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, customers must first contact the carrier using the provided tracking number. We will assist with reasonable support when possible.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Carrier Delays
The Card Nation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
